I’m a bit late for this one, but here goes. I think this photo is definitely beautiful. Caught under the blanket! :O)

Some people said that they would like to see the complete painting from the PhotoHunt post, so here it is, still on my easel – when I had just finished it. I think it fits for Ruby Tuesday.

This is a section of one of my paintings. I think you can say that it’s wrinkled.

This is me holding my cat – my hand is most definitely wrinkled ;O)

When we feel like going for a walk, Mo and I often come here. It’s our local reservoir, and is a beautiful spot for walking. This is the view to our left.

Now for something completely different…..
I was given this great award by The Teach. Thank you very much!. I love this award for two reasons. I like it because it’s nice to think you make people smile, and also because I love the Happy Feet video trailer, which I have on my iPhone. It makes me smile every time I watch it.
I will pass this award on later, but I just wanted to get it posted today ;O)
Here it is, in all it’s glory! I have posted several photos this time.
The second bud bursts out after some heavy rain.
My feet got soaked walking on our waterlogged garden, but I didn’t care, I didn’t want to miss this one!
Day one.
Day two.
I decided to cut the rose and bring it in. The weather was not good, and I wanted the lovely smell indoors :O)
Day three. For some reason, I just couldn’t get the focus right on the last couple of days. Probably not enough light. I can’t wait to get a DSLR camera, so I can see what I’m taking properly.
Day four. Also, the rose is not as light in colour as it looks here. The first few shots show the correct colour.
Now I shall have to come up with something else for next weeks Ruby Tuesday ;O)
I am posting these images as a test. I have re-designed my blog to allow for larger photos. It saves having to click to enlarge images. I hope this works for you.
This little creature was a complete surprise to me. It just looked like a normal fly to the naked eye. I had to lean over, and stretch out with the camera at arms length, to take this macro shot, and when I saw it on my computer screen I was quite surprised at the cute little thing.

I was very pleased with this one as well. I only have a small camera, so was pleased with the sharpness of this one.
