I’m sorry but I still haven’t fixed my sidebar widgets, I have been so busy.  I will do them very soon, then my blog will be as good as new :O)

I lost my blog the other day, and I have been working hard to get it all back.  I managed to retrieve most of it, but lost some photographs.   I re-uploaded them today.  You will notice that my widgets also disappeared.  I will put them back over the next day or two and hopefully I won’t miss any out.

Sorry if any of you visited whilst it was all messed up.

This was a photo on a birthday card my sister received.  I can’t begin to imagine the creepy crawlies that live in there!   We were once going to buy a house that had that all over the front.  If we had, we were going to get it all cut down, at least a week before moving in, to give the insects and spiders time to run far away!  We didn’t buy it in the end, and I was a bit glad about that :O)

This is our Christmas Poinsettia.  We get one every year, but sadly they seldom last!   I don’t know the secret of a hardy Poinsettia.  Some leaves have already dropped and we only got it a few days ago.

The photos are not good quality.  It has been such a dark, miserable day today that even though it was only 2pm when I took these, and I carried it right to the window, the automatic flash still went off!

Still, it’s a good subject for Ruby Tuesday I thought.

This is some more cows we came by, on the very same walk.  This time we were on the correct side of the road, so we stopped the car right next to them.  This is the closest I’ve ever been to cows, and they are BIG!  I got a tad nervous when the black and white one looked me right in the eyes.  Well he could leap over that wall easy.  Another ‘Dry Stone’ wall  ;O)

A photo I took on the way out a couple of weeks ago. It was a lovely warm day (for the UK) and a lovely blue sky – to say nothing of the lovely cows!

Notice the lovely ‘dry stone’ walling that Yorkshire is famous for.
