I thought this would make a good photo for this meme. It’s another that I took while experimenting with my new lens. Actually, I think I’ll be experimenting for a while yet!

I took this photo through the car window. Just as we were passing it, I thought “Mellow Yellow Monday” and quickly snapped!
Just in case you don’t know what it is, it’s a ‘Belicia Beacon’ and they are placed at a ‘Zebra Crossing’. And in case you don’t know what a ‘Zebra Crossing’ is, it’s not where zebras cross the road, it’s where we cross the road. It’s called a zebra crossing because the crossing is a black and white striped area! Now I expect you are going to tell me you knew all that anyway :O)

I couldn’t resist this cute little ‘lemon’ timer. Mo buys these at regular intervals as she manages to break them constantly! I think she just likes buying a different design each time.

This is a painting I did last year. I like the center one with the yellow in it best. Yellow is my favourite colour at the moment.

This was a game we played over Christmas. I don’t know what it was called but it was like Pictionary, but instead of drawing you made models using Playdoh. It was a hilarious game! Each time you lost, you had a wadge of your Playdoh removed. The team who ended up with a pea-sized piece lost the game!
